Welcome to The Very Hungry Caterpillar Class. Our theme for the first few weeks is "Settling into Our New Class" and "Taking Care of Our Environment." The children have made a wonderful start to school and are settling into class life with enthusiasm and confidence. They are beginning to learn our daily routines, build new friendships, and develop positive relationships with both their peers and the adults who support them. It has been lovely to see the children exploring their new learning environment, both indoors and outdoors. Through a variety of play-based activities, they have had many opportunities to learn, discover, and interact with their new friends. We have been working hard to learn our classroom routines and thinking carefully about how we can demonstrate our school values every day: Be Ready, Be Respectful, and Be Safe. We are incredibly proud of how well the children have settled in and are excited about a fantastic year ahead, filled with learning, growth, and achievements.
