Childrens Mental Health theme week
This week in Stardust class have been celebrating 'Children's Mental Health Week' by learning to name our feelings and think about different calming tools we can use/ make such as sensory bottles. We also took turns to engage in different wellbeing/mindfulness activities. We also all dressed up to express ourselves and enjoyed lots of music and dancing. Tuesday was safer internet day, so we learnt more about who our trusted adults are and how we can protect ourselves on the internet. On Thursday, we celebrated the lunar new year with some Chinese themed crafts such as making lanterns and dragons. Finally, today we have been celebrating friendship and the people we love in our lives. We created friendship bunting, made valentines day cards for our families and discussed how to be a good friend
