🌾 **Theme Week: Food & Farming in Stardust Class!** 🌾

What a fantastic week we’ve had welcoming the children back to school with our Food and Farming theme week! 🐑🦙🐭

The classroom and field came alive with visits from alpacas, lambs, quails, and even mice – a big highlight for everyone! We explored the world of farming through farmyard sketches and added beautiful touches using watercolours. ✍️🎨. We also planted our own lettuce, carrots and cress.

The children impressed us with their recounts of the week and we journeyed back in time to learn about the history of farming. To top it all off, they put their cooking skills to the test by making fruit salads, churning double cream into butter, and using it to create their own cheese sandwiches! 🧈🥪
Such a rewarding week full of creativity, learning, and hands-on fun. Well done, Stardust Class! 🌟
